MEDITATION IN THE PARK
Thursday evenings at 7:30 pm throughout the summer
Meet for a time of meditation with others. We will use various meditation techniques, including breath awareness, silence, listening, guided, and others. We finish the meditation with a walk of the Labyrinth.
When you arrive look for our sign: SPA Spiritual Path to Awakening. If you can bring a toonie to donate, a half will be given to the labyrinth society to support its upkeep and the other half to Trinity UC’s SPA for programming.
