Gentle Yoga: Gentle Yoga is for all levels of experience. Leaning on the restorative side, this class offers a focus on breathing, mindfulness, body alignment and deep relaxation.

Please bring a yoga mat and arrive about 10 minutes before the class begins.     


Gentle Yoga classes:

Mondays 5:15 pm - 6:15 pm (until the end of February 2019)
Tuesdays 11:30 am - 12:30 pm
