Our Yoga classes are lead by Langara College Certified yoga teacher, Denise Hay. She teaches Gentle Yoga - a relaxed, gentle practice, for all levels of experience. Leaning on the restorative side, this class offers a focus on breathing, mindfulness, body alignment and deep relaxation. In this class, a chair can be used if needed. 

Everyone's health and safety are the most important considerations at this time, so the Covid-19 Safety Plan is implemented to ensure the teacher's and students' safety. Each class is limited to 9 participants. There are changes in how the classes are run that attendees will need to know prior to attending, so participants must register IN ADVANCE with Denise.  

Please bring a yoga mat and arrive about 10 minutes before the class begins.
