This Wednesday, June 21, we will celebrate National Indigenous Peoples Day. As a part of our work towards being a reconciling and reconciled people, we will turn our attention today towards gratitude for our indigenous siblings in Christ, and for all life on Earth. We will explore the indigenous saying of “All My Relations,” as we work to learn and remember that all people are children of God.
Join us as we work to unlearn racist bias and celebrate the full rainbow of diversity and experience of our indigenous hosts, and all people we encounter. As we celebrate a risen Christ, we celebrate the relationships and connections rising throughout our communities and beyond our traditionally held boundaries. In Christ, all things are possible. Come, walk with us on this road to reconciliation.
