With the vote on whether or not to join Affirm United approaching next week, November 26, we consider what an intersectional welcome can look like. Our pursuit of justice depends on one another; our spiritual paths are all intertwined. As a part of God’s diverse creation, how can we celebrate the range of all life on earth, rather than separate ourselves from the beautiful diversity that surrounds us all?
Join in as we sing, pray, and celebrate the opportunities to welcome others, and to embrace our full selves as well, as we are all beloved children of God.
